- Elevation Temple with Kelly starts July 11th-August 15th, 1-2PM
According to 1 Corinthians, your body is a temple. Elevation Temple is a workout class with low-impact exercises, health tips, and a short devotion to promote healthy living in a way that is simple. In this class, we will be lifting up, or elevating, each other, ourselves, and ultimately God by honoring our bodies through fitness. No exercise experience is needed to be a part of this class. Please wear clothes that are easy to move in and tennis shoes.
- Buy.Eat.Live Healthy with Donna starts August 23rd
A 9-week journey of cooking and tasting food together. Clients will receive new recipes and ideas for feeding their families as well as learning how to choose healthy foods and save money when purchasing food. Clients will also learn about the different kinds of food groups and importance of physical activity. The instructor will also be giving clients tools to use like measuring cups and spoons, vegetable scrub brush, cutting mat, refrigerator thermometer, walking dvd, and those who complete all 9 classes receive a cookbook. Come enjoy cooking and learning together!
- Sewing I starts July 11th
In this beginning sewing class, students are introduced to the sewing machine and its basic functions. Class will cover sewing patterns, selecting fabrics and other basic sewing techniques.
- Conversational English
For those who desire to learn the written and spoken English language. Creative means are used to demonstrate and teach American culture as well as learn customs, values, social situations, history, and holidays.
- English as a Second Language
English as a second language for Hispanic clients. Learning the written and spoken English language.
- Prenatal starts August 13th and September 10th
Covers stages of pregnancy, labor, delivery, birth, and breast/formula feeding.
- Baby Basics starts September 17th
10 week class that covers a baby’s first 12 months of life: bonding, when to introduce foods, teething, physical and social developments, infant massage, sign language, safe ride and safe sleep practices, swaddling.
- Influential Parents, Accountable Kids starts August 27th
Based on the Love and Logic parenting approach, a process by which children grow through their mistakes and learn from the consequences of their choices.

11 week class studying each chapter of Romans from 1-11. The book of Romans reveals the answers to important questions and supplies knowledge on many topics, such as salvation, the sovereignty of God, judgment, spiritual growth, and the righteousness of God.
