Making Room: EWYL Men's Shopping
Four years ago, Treasures moved from sharing space with Bridgehaven on Center Point Road to its current location on 8th Avenue. Client Support then moved into that space, allowing for more room to provide supplies for Earn While You Learn clients, including food, baby supplies, and women’s and children’s clothing. But there still wasn’t room for one important department: men’s clothing.
To remedy this problem, Treasures joined forces with Client Support and now allows male EWYL clients to shop for clothes each week they attend class.
In recent years, Client Support has begun to intentionally focus on ministering to men. The number of men that attend classes with their partners has steadily increased. Because of their partnership with Treasures, Client Support is able to continue to adequately support every member of their client families—no exceptions.
